The quote form prepares a message on your device. It does not submit your details to this website's server. If you choose WhatsApp or email, the details are passed to that service so you can review and send them. A quote request does not confirm a booking.

Your enquiry may include your name, phone number, email, addresses, travel dates, flight information, passenger and luggage numbers, and any arrangements you ask us to consider. Please provide only what we need to plan your journey. Do not include payment-card details or sensitive medical information in the form.

WhatsApp handles messages when you choose that option. Email is handled by your email provider and our email service. Book Now opens our separate iCabbi booking service. App download links open Apple or Google. Those services have their own privacy information and may process information outside the UK. Review their notices before using them.

We may share the journey details needed to fulfil your booking with the driver or transport provider arranging your trip. We may also disclose information where required by law. We do not collect card details through this website's quote form.
