Send us your journey details to request a quote. Once you have received your price, confirm your journey with Dark Knight Travel. A quote request alone does not confirm a booking.
What happens if my flight is delayed or arrives early?
Please provide your flight number when booking an airport pickup. We monitor your flight and, where possible, automatically adjust the pickup time if your flight is delayed or arrives early.
How much waiting time is included at the airport?
Airport pickups include 60 minutes of complimentary waiting time from the confirmed pickup time. If additional waiting is required, extra waiting charges may apply.
How much waiting time is included for other pickups?
Pickups from homes, hotels and other addresses include 15 minutes of complimentary waiting time. Please contact us as soon as possible if you expect to be delayed.
Can you provide child seats or booster seats?
Child seats and booster seats can be provided when requested in advance, subject to availability. Please tell us the child's age and the type of seat required when making your booking so that we can make the appropriate arrangements.
How can I pay, and can the price change?
Pay securely when booking using an accepted debit or credit card. Other payment methods may be available by prior arrangement. The confirmed price covers the journey detailed in your booking. Additional waiting time, extra stops or changes to the journey may result in additional charges.
What is your cancellation policy?
Bookings may be cancelled free of charge up to 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made less than 1 hour before pickup, or where the passenger does not arrive for the booked journey, may be charged the full booking price.
Can I change my booking?
Booking changes can normally be made up to 1 hour before pickup, subject to availability. Changes to the pickup location, destination, time or journey may affect the price. If you are unsure about any of these conditions, please contact Dark Knight Travel before booking and we will be happy to confirm the arrangements.
